Cédric Flaction has been making wine for sixteen years: nine whites and seven reds. He mainly uses one vine variety per wine, with predominance for Valais' indigenous and traditional varieties. He has the classics in his assortment, notably Fendant, Johannisberg, Gamay and Pinot Noir. To accompany them, the dry whites, Petit Arvine, White Humagne, Païen, Marsanne and the reds, Cornalin, Red Humagne and Syrah. Add to that the international Merlot and the ‘Sweet Sion', a sweet chasselas made from slightly over rip grapes.
He then has his three ‘oenologist creations' to complete the range: Torpâ, Lo Grafion, Lo Terôn.
