Torpâ

This sublime dry white, made from a blend of Païen and Marsanne grapes, ages very well.

Vine variety : Savagnin blanc et Marsanne
Colour: Golden yellow
Fragrance: citrus fruit, grilled almonds, hazelnut, vanilla, smoky.
Taste: strong, rich, lively, complex, full-bodied and with a superb after taste coming from Païen's acidity. Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Ideal serving temperature: 14-16°C
Preservation: 10 to 15 years
Aging: on sediment in vats.
Naming: Swiss table wine
Culinary accompaniments: aperitif, shellfish, crayfish, lobster, salt water fish, calf's sweetbread or kidney, white meat, salmon, tuna, cheese from high mountain pastures, old cheese, cheese tray.
