Sion doux Made from Chasselas, Fendant first appeared in Valais around 1850 and quickly became the most widespread wine in the canton. Harvested on January 18th 2003, it contains 127°Oe. The grapes have botrytis and are wrinkled and are a chocolate brown colour. Simply delicious.
