Wine is an integral part of gastronomy. Cédric Flaction claims that the creation of wine came from gastronomy. In order for that to make sense, he works in close collaboration with several of Switzerland's top restaurants, amongst them are the Rigiblick in Zürich and the Roseraie in Yvorne. The chefs from these establishments, Felix Episser and Christophe Rod, as well as the Valaisan chef Damien Germanier have created original recipes in order to assure a happy marriage with the oenologist's best wines.
